The head of the U.S. Navy said he's not particularly concerned that a Russian destroyer has joined a Russian intelligence ship off Hawaii during Rim of the Pacific exercises. The destroyer arrived within the past few days coinciding with the start of the at-sea phase of the world's largest international maritime exercise, the Navy said. "We've got to be ... alert to them, for sure, and aware ... but to be honest, (I'm) not too concerned," Chief of Naval Operations Adm. John Richardson said Friday.
